1. Returns

We accept returns for most items within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Please note that due to the perishable nature of some of our products, certain items like Jamon Ibérico, morcilla, chistorra, and other gourmet foods are not eligible for return if they have been opened.

2. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The refund will typically be processed within 5-7 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us, and we will arrange the exchange process.

4. Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
