Shipping
Where do you ship?
We ship anywhere in the continental United States. Florida orders qualify for free next-day delivery. Hawaii, Alaska, and international orders are not currently supported.
How long does delivery take?
Orders placed before 2pm ET ship the same day. Standard delivery is 2–4 business days nationwide. Florida orders ship next-day. You'll receive a tracking link the moment your package leaves our Florida kitchen.
How is the jamón kept fresh during shipping?
Every order is sliced to order, vacuum-sealed immediately, and packed with insulated liners and ice packs in a foam- lined box. Cold-chain integrity is preserved end to end.
Is shipping really free?
Yes — free standard shipping on every order across the U.S., no minimum. Free next-day delivery in Florida.
Do you ship on weekends?
We ship Monday through Thursday so your order doesn't sit in transit over a weekend. Orders placed Friday through Sunday ship the following Monday.
Returns & Refunds
What's your return policy?
Because our products are perishable specialty foods, we cannot accept returns on opened or unsealed items for food-safety reasons. However, your satisfaction is guaranteed — see below for damaged, spoiled, or incorrect orders.
My order arrived damaged or spoiled. What now?
We're sorry — that's not the experience we promise. Email us at info@iberianhamexpress.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the package and the affected product. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, no questions asked.
I received the wrong item.
Email us within 7 days at info@iberianhamexpress.com with your order number and a photo. We'll ship the correct item right away at no charge.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders are cut and packed quickly, so we have a short window. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to update it — email us as soon as possible at info@iberianhamexpress.com.
Storage & Care
How should I store my jamón ibérico?
Keep sealed packs refrigerated at 35–40°F (1–4°C). For the best flavor, remove from the fridge 20 minutes before serving — jamón blooms at room temperature.
How long does sliced jamón last?
Unopened vacuum-sealed packs keep for up to 60 days refrigerated. Once opened, consume within 5 days for peak flavor. You can also freeze unopened packs for up to 3 months.
How should I serve charcuterie?
Pair with a hard cheese like Manchego, Marcona almonds, olives, fresh bread, and a glass of Rioja or sherry. Visit our Recipes & Tips page for serving guides.
Gifts & Bundles
Can I send a gift directly to someone?
Yes. At checkout, enter the recipient's address as the shipping destination. Add a personal note in the order notes field — we'll include it with the package.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
All gift bundles ship in our signature kraft gift box with twine and a "Un Regalo de España" tag. No extra charge.
Do you accept corporate or bulk orders?
Yes — for orders of 10+ bundles or custom corporate gifts, email info@iberianhamexpress.com and we'll put together a quote.
Account & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal, and Amazon Pay. Shop Pay also lets you pay over time on orders above $35.
How do I use a discount code?
Enter your code in the "Discount" field at checkout. First-time customers can use code EXPRESS for 15% off their first order.
Do I need an account to order?
No — you can check out as a guest. Creating an account is optional and lets you track orders and reorder faster.
