We want you to feel confident ordering from Iberian Ham Express. Below you’ll find clear information about returns, refunds, shipping, and how we handle our products to ensure quality and freshness from the moment they leave Spain to when they arrive at your door.
Returns
Due to the nature of our products, returns are handled differently than standard retail items.
Non-perishable items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original packaging.
For food safety reasons, perishable and gourmet food products — including Jamón Ibérico, lomo, chorizo, morcilla, cheeses, and other cured meats — are final sale once opened and cannot be returned.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can assist you.
Refunds
Once a return or claim is approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days, depending on your payment provider or card issuer.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct product exchanges.
If there is an issue with your order, our support team will work with you to find the best possible solution.
Shipping & Freshness
All orders are carefully packed and shipped with quality preservation in mind.
Products are sealed and packed with cold protection when necessary.
We recommend refrigerating all food items upon delivery to maintain freshness.
Summer Shipping Policy
During warmer months, we take additional precautions to protect your order.
Cold packs may be used when needed, and shipping schedules are optimized to reduce transit time. While cured products are naturally shelf-stable, we recommend bringing packages indoors as soon as they are delivered.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include clear photos of the product and packaging so our team can review and assist you promptly.
