All orders ship from our Florida kitchen.
- Orders placed before 2pm ET ship the same day.
- Free U.S. standard shipping takes 2–5 business days depending on your location.
- We ship Monday–Thursday to protect freshness.
Cold-Chain Integrity
Jamón ibérico is dry-cured and stays perfect at room temperature — no ice packs needed. Cheese orders ship with ice packs. Never frozen.
Packaging & Temperature
Cured products (jamón, paleta, lomo, chorizo, salchichón): traditionally dry-cured and shelf-stable in transit. They ship vacuum-sealed in protective insulated packaging — no ice required. Refrigerate sliced packs upon arrival; whole pieces store in a cool, dry place.
Any order containing cheese: ships cold-packed with insulation and ice packs. Refrigerate immediately upon arrival.
